  • Solid knowledge of configuring time calculations, absence plans, accruals and business processes, ideally including German requirements (e.g. Arbeitszeitgesetz, works council agreements, statutory leave and sickness rules)
  • The ability to connect HR, Payroll, technology and business strategy
  • Experience improving Workday processes and delivering meaningful change, including testing, release management and stakeholder training
  • A mindset focused on ownership, optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management is a strong advantage

  • Play a visible role in a major HR and workforce transformation
  • Have genuine influence over how Workday develops and delivers value
  • Grow your career in a fast-moving organisation that values innovation, autonomy and new ideas

If you're ready to move beyond simply supporting Workday and help shape how a growing international business uses it, we'd love to hear from you.
